Peptides

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the building blocks of proteins. Think of them as tiny versions of proteins, typically made up of 2 to 50 amino acids. Your body naturally produces peptides, and they play key roles in many biological functions. Peptides can help boost collagen production and improve skin health, promote fat loss and muscle gain, support healing and reduce inflammation, enhance mental clarity and focus, and improve hormonal balance.

CJC 1295/Ipamorelin Blend

CJC-1295 causes the natural release of GH, but it does so by naturally stimulating the growth hormone releasing hormone receptor.

Ipamorelin is one of the most selective growth hormone (GH) secretagogues known and a potent agonist of the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor. It has been heavily researched in a number of settings and is known to improve bone health, boost muscle repair and development, stimulate insulin release from the pancreas, and improve bowel motility and gastric function.

CJC-1295 when combined with Ipamorelin has been shown to exhibit synergistic effects when researched together.

BPC-157

BPC-157 is a penta-decapeptide composed of 15 amino acids. It is a partial sequence of the body protection compound (BPC) that was discovered in and isolated from human gastric juice. Animal studies have shown it to accelerate the healing of many different wounds, including muscle, tendon and damaged ligaments. Additionally, BPC 157 has shown to protect organs and aids in the prevention of gastric ulcers. BPC-157 acts systemically in the digestive tract to combat leaky gut, IBS, gastro-intestinal cramps, and Crohn’s disease. This peptide has been known to exhibit analgesic characteristics. Research has shown its ability to help skin burns heal at a faster rate by increasing blood flow to damaged tissues. BPC-157 significantly accelerates reticulin and collagen formation as well as angiogenesis together with stimulation of macrophages and fibroblasts infiltration representing a potential therapeutic tool in wound healing management.

BPC and TB combo

TB4, also known as Thymosin Beta-4, is a peptide that consists of 43 amino acids and plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in tissue repair and regeneration. It was first discovered in the early 1980s when researchers identified it in the thymus gland, which is vital for immune function.

Thymosin Beta-4 was first isolated in the 1970s as part of a broader investigation into the thymus gland’s role in the immune system. Researchers discovered its potential beyond immune function, particularly in promoting healing and recovery from injuries.

TB4 has demonstrated significant effectiveness in various medical applications, particularly in promoting wound healing and tissue repair. Its ability to enhance cell migration, angiogenesis, and collagen deposition makes it a valuable therapeutic agent for conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, neurological disorders, and injuries. TB4 has been shown to facilitate healing in skin, muscle, and nerve tissues, thus aiding recovery after surgery or trauma.

PT-141 (Bremelanotide)

PT-141, also known as Bremelanotide, is a synthetic peptide developed for its ability to enhance sexual arousal and treat sexual dysfunction. Unlike traditional treatments such as Viagra, which work by increasing blood flow, PT-141 acts directly on the nervous system. It stimulates melanocortin receptors in the brain, particularly influencing the hypothalamus, which plays a key role in regulating sexual desire. Originally studied as a tanning agent (related to Melanotan II), PT-141 was found to have potent effects on libido. It is FDA-approved for treating hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD) in premenopausal women but has also shown promise in men with erectile dysfunction. PT-141 is administered via injection and has been noted to improve sexual arousal and satisfaction without affecting vascular mechanisms, though it may cause side effects such as nausea, flushing, and headache. Some patients notice a slight tanning effect from this peptide.

Melanotan II (MT-II)

Melanotan II (MT-II) is a synthetic analog of the naturally occurring hormone α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH). It was originally developed to help protect against skin cancer by stimulating melanin production (pigmentation) in the skin — i.e., giving users a tan without sun exposure. Over time, additional effects such as appetite suppression and enhanced sexual arousal became notable.

Sermorelin

Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that stimulates the production and release of human growth hormone (HGH) from the pituitary gland. It consists of the first 29 amino acids of GHRH, making it effective at binding to GHRH receptors and promoting natural growth hormone secretion. Sermorelin is often used in anti-aging treatments and to address growth hormone deficiencies, especially in adults with lower-than-average levels of HGH.

Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a stabilized synthetic peptide analogue of the hypothalamic peptide, Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) indicated for the reduction of excess abdominal fat

Initial vial: $170

Tesamorelin & Ipamorelin combo

Tesamorelin is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. GHRH is a peptide hormone produced by the hypothalamus, which stimulates the release of growth hormone (GH) from the anterior pituitary gland. Tesamorelin mimics GHRH and binds to GHRH receptors in the pituitary, leading to increased GH release.

Ipamorelin is a growth hormone secretagogue, which means it stimulates the release of GH. It is a selective ghrelin receptor agonist, mimicking the action of ghrelin, the “hunger hormone.” Ghrelin receptors are found in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, and when activated by Ipamorelin, they trigger GH release without significantly increasing levels of other hormones like cortisol or prolactin.

Tesamorelin when combined with Ipamorelin has been shown to exhibit synergistic effects when researched together.

KLOW

The KLOW stack combines the benefits of GLOW with the added power of KPV.

By including KPV, you’re not just supporting tissue repair and collagen renewal—you’re also introducing a strong anti-inflammatory peptide that helps balance immune response without suppressing it.

GLOW on its own was already known as a “healing trifecta,” but with KPV in the mix, you gain direct control over inflammation at its source.

The result: quicker recovery times, greater protection against long-term conditions, and enhanced full-body anti-aging effects.

KLOW is KPV/BPC/TB/GHK.

Unlike steroids that broadly suppress the immune system, KPV works in a more targeted way. It acts on NF-kappa B and inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-alpha and IL-6, helping reduce inflammation without weakening overall immune function.

The potential uses are extensive:

  • Gut health: Studies in inflammatory bowel conditions show that oral KPV can ease colonic inflammation and support mucosal healing.

  • Skin: It’s been applied to issues like psoriasis, eczema, acne, and dermatitis, with noticeable improvements in redness, itching, and flare-ups.

  • Brain health: Early research indicates KPV may help calm brain inflammation and protect neurons, which is critical for slowing down cognitive decline.

GHK

GHK peptides (often referred to as GHK-Cu) are short chains of amino acids naturally found in the human body. The “GHK” stands for glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, and when it binds to copper, it forms GHK-Cu.

Here’s a breakdown:

  • Naturally occurring: Levels of GHK are highest in youth but decline with age.

  • Regenerative properties: Research has shown that GHK-Cu can stimulate wound healing, promote collagen and elastin production, and improve skin regeneration.

  • Anti-aging effects: It’s often used in skincare because it helps tighten skin, reduce fine lines, improve elasticity, and even out skin tone.

  • Hair health: GHK-Cu has been studied for stimulating hair growth and thickening hair.

  • Anti-inflammatory & protective: It also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, and may protect tissues from damage.

GHK peptides are small, naturally occurring molecules with strong regenerative, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging properties, widely used in both skincare and regenerative medicine.
